HIT-AND-RUN ASYLUM SEEKER ALLOWED TO STAY IN BRITAIN

"A GRIEVING father yesterday attacked the immigration system after a failed asylum seeker who killed his daughter in a hit-and-run crash won his appeal to stay in Britain.
Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, 32, had never held a licence and was on bail and disqualified from driving when he ploughed into 12-year-old Amy Houston".

"Ibrahim who has never held a driving licence, had run up a string of motoring offences. He was jailed for just four months after magistrates heard how he had hit Amy with his Rover in 2003 while banned from driving".
